David Jonason serves as a policy specialist at the OECD, concentrating on innovation and mission-oriented policy. Based in Paris, he is a part of the OECD Mission Action Lab and the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation. Prior to joining the OECD, David acted as the lead for the data and analytics team of Vinnova, the Swedish Innovation Agency. He has an academic background in economics, political economy, and technology policy from Stanford University, Uppsala University, and the Stockholm School of Economics. David’s work is driven by a quest to secure society’s ability to make proactive investments towards a sustainable and habitable future.
