Lisen Schultz is a sustainability scientist, author of the book “Kursen – 10 lektioner för ett hållbart näringsliv” (The Course), and director of education at the Stockholm Resilience Centre, Stockholm university. In 2018, she launched the first ever executive programme in resilience thinking for CEOs and chair persons, which has now trained more than 90 business leaders in Sweden. In 2023, she launched a similar program for trade union leaders, together representing 3.5 million members. Her research focuses on the role of learning and collaboration in shifts towards sustainability.

Anna Hammarberg has over 15 years of experience within trade & investment promotion and international business development. She has held various positions within Business Sweden, helping international companies to invest and expand in Sweden. Today Anna is coordinating the national investment promotion program and develops collaboration with regional investment promotion agencies, partners and stakeholders. Previously she has a background within the venture capital industry, growing tech startups.
Prof Benjamin Horton is the Director of the Earth Observatory of Singapore at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. His research concerns sea-level change. He aims to understand the mechanisms that have determined sea-level changes in the past, which will shape changes in the future. Professor Horton has won a number of research awards from European Geosciences Union, American Geophysical Union and Geological Society of America. Professor Horton is an editor for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) 6th Assessment Report. Professor Horton has published over 250 articles in peer-reviewed journals, including 40 articles in high profile journals.
Marie Claesson organizes the work with the Swedish Energy Agency’s government assignment to coordinate a national mobilisation to secure skills provision for the electrification of society. Electrification generates a broad and extensive need for relevant skills for everything from permit processing to the construction and operation of various types of power plants, infrastructure and industrial plants. The short term need of these skills are great and the skills gap is an urgent challenge. Marie has worked for a long time with research funding and funding of knowledge building through research and demonstration. The topics have varied from energy efficiency in buildings to research on humans in energy systems and society. She is the also in the board of Nordic Energy Research, the platform for co-operative energy research and policy development under the auspices of the Nordic Council of Ministers.
Claes Johansson is the Sustainability Director of Lantmännen and have over 20 years of experience from corporate sustainability in the food value chain from field to fork. He is leading the Framing of the future program within Lantmännen and is also engaged in several key industry initiatives related to a sustainable food value chain.
I research, and teach water and soil management for sustainable intensification and climate resilience in agro ecological landscapes. I have an MSc in agric. engineering , and PhD in natural resource mgt with 25 yrs plus in experience on evidence-based knowledge for policy and investments for food security, water and soils productivity and climate adaptation in Sweden and parts of Sub-Sahara Africa and Asia.
