Are you a student looking for an opportunity to gain experience working on a global digital event?
Sweden Innovation Days will take place January 17-20, 2022 and organiser Ignite Sweden is now looking for student assistants to help with our biggest matchmaking event ever! We will be facilitating pre-scheduled tailored meetings between startups and multinational corporations from around the world.
Due to the large scale of the event, we are looking for students that are - with a high degree of energy and team spirit - able to support our team in contacting all the participants to ensure they attend these digital meetings on time. Expect a high pace and energetic atmosphere, where you work in a tight team with the aim to ultimately ignite collaborations to accelerate the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals.
As you will be communicating in both sms and phone calls, fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is required.
Curious, courageous and interested in innovation, you are not afraid to pick up the phone to call anyone from a startup CEO to a high-level person in a corporate.
You are a problem solver determined to get the work done but most importantly, you are a big team player who can adapt in a fast paced environment.
This is a paid short term position based on an hourly rate. Availability for January 17-20, 2022 is essential. The matchmaking sessions will be split across two sessions per day, with each session lasting 4 hours. There will also be some extra duties in the lead up to the event days.
Four days of matchmaking sessions
90 corporates
200 startups
10 countries
500 tailored meetings
If this sounds like an opportunity for you, apply before December 13, 2021 by contacting Filip Tideman, Project Manager, Sweden Innovation Days 2022 at filip.tideman@ignitesweden.org and telling us why you want to join!
