Malin Lindberg is a professor of Gender and Technology at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden, where she studies how innovations and organizations can be developed to become more inclusive. She specifically studies innovative solutions to current societal challenges, in the non-profit, public and private sectors. Through a participatory research approach, where societal actors are actively involved in the development of new knowledge, her research contributes to both scientific and practical development.
