Senior Researcher - RISE Research Institutes of Sweden
Carl Heath is a Senior Researcher at RISE - Research Insitutes of Sweden. He was previously commissioned by the Swedish Government as Special Counsel for the protection of democratic dialogue. Carl focuses his research on innovation and exploration in the borders between digitalization, democracy, interaction design, learning and culture. Carl has conducted research and design work together with a large range of actors, from government institutions and ministries in Sweden and abroad, to Disney Imagineering, H&M, Commission of the European Union, Nordic Council of Ministers and others.
